  Initially things went well in the first 3-4 weeks. However we then had major issues with getting them to complete the job! A 14-16 week project estimate took 6 months and there was still a big list of jobs to complete, which they tried to suggest was snagging. We also had huge problems with some very substandard gas work, after being told it was normal for a new boiler to lose pressure 2-3 times in the first few months (trust me it's not, we had a proper plumber come in and check the system 8mths ago and it's not dropped once since then!) we called in Gas Safe, who found 15 instances of things that didn't comply with British standards! Despite Gas Safe contacting them twice, telling them they needed to return and correct the poor work, we never heard from until well after the final deadline. The company is now in liquidation.
