  I had very bad experience with Western Commercial Edinburgh, and not recommend to fix your vans at this place, because of 1) very bad customers service ( specially older guy , maybe manager seems interested just to put your card and charge you full amount without saying sorry that 2 mechanics spend more when one week and didn't find where the knocking noise coming from , its a joke... )2) bad repairs quality. I had oil loss from power steering. Steering rack been changed and i been advised to replace control arms grand total 2700. After repair i sat in my van and just planing to leave Western Commercial Edinburgh territory when i noticed that knocking noises coming from my Van front wheels... so after few days i left my van again at Western Commercial Edinburgh, but guy at the counter ensured that i will have to pay 90£ again for my Van Investigation... Next day i had a call with good news that no faults found and i can collect my van. Same day evening i took my van and I noticed same problem again.... so i came back to Western Commercial Edinburgh and asked mechanic to sit in my van so i can show him where is the PROBLEM ( i dont have any experience about fixing cars and i have to go with mechanic to investigate my van and after that i have to pay 90£ again, its a joke:)) After driving around the Western Commercial Edinburgh district... mechanic noticed the noices and told to my that something is wrong. He asked me to leave the Van again. So i did. After few days i had a call and guy on the phone said that they cant find the PROBLEM, but they THINK it can be resonance in steering wheel pipes or pump... so they advise me to change pipes and if its not gonna help they gonna try to change pump and when they will see if any other repairs needed if the noice still there. And i will need to pay for all good parts if even problem not solved.... Sound like MERCEDES PROFESSIONALS... So i decided stop playing mouse and cat with them and go to local garage where you can get respect and proper job done. The best part was that WESTERN Commercial Edinburgh manager asked me to pay again 90£ for problem investigation... i was trying to explain that they didn't find a problem, but he said that his engineers spent time on my van looking from where that noises coming its doesn't matter for him that i paid for other van hire 500£, i waste 7 days to coming to collect my van and leaving it gain 3 times. I paid it to keep him proud of himself, and no sorry or apologize. Well done guys. I am very disappointed and im saying to all who's thinking to go there, they just interested to have your money guys, they forgot that customer service coming first. Dont waist your time in that place
